Hello, I'm Rachael Forster, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in Amsterdam. My work is collaborative and solutions-focused, in a safe and respectful space where you can feel understood and empowered to move forward. My approach is structured, with a treatment plan tailored to each client. I provide practical tools, with highly effective resources and strategies to use in daily life. So that you can reconnect with your authentic self, build resilience and confidence to create impactful change.

I offer in-person sessions at my therapy space based in Amsterdam or online. All sessions are held in English and are tailored for locals, international clients, and expats. Sessions are short-term, focused and are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes long.
My therapy space is based in Amsterdam West with easy access via public transport.
